    How and when will I receive the stories?

    Stories are delivered by email, one chapter per day, typically on weekdays.

    Occasionally, an installment may land in a spam or promotions folder—this is rare, but it can happen with automated email delivery. If you’re missing an email, please check those folders first. Adding the sender address to your contacts (stories@deepwoodfiction.com) usually prevents future issues.

    What exactly is a Season Pass?

    A Season Pass gives you access to every installment in a single curated release. Each Season is a complete experience, delivered start to finish—no ongoing subscription required.

    Do I need to read every day, or can I catch up later?

    You don’t need to read every day. Each installment remains in your inbox, so you can read at your own pace and catch up whenever you like.

    The daily delivery is designed to create momentum—not obligation.

    Is this a subscription, or a one-time purchase?

    Season Passes are one-time purchases. You’ll only receive the stories included in that Season, and nothing more unless you choose to start another adventure later.

    Are the stories connected, or can each one be read on its own?

    Each story is designed to stand on its own, with a complete beginning, middle, and end.
